After the Resolution Fades…

Here we are, a few weeks into the New Year. You made that resolution to lose weight, get stronger, and improve your overall health.  You had good intentions to stick to your resolution and finally make this your year to succeed.  So what has happened since then?

There are many reasons why resolutions are difficult to stick to.  Maybe your resolution was too unrealistic.  Maybe you didn’t make a plan, so you lost steam when you realized you didn’t know the next step. Maybe you were not mentally or emotionally ready for certain changes.  Resolutions only work when you start with a positive mindset, set a specific and realistic goal, and make a plan to get yourself there.

You don’t have to wait for next New Year’s Day to decide to change up your norm and act on a new goal!

If your goal is to transform your body, you will need two things:

  1. A comprehensive training and coaching program, and
  2. Nutritional guidance.

With Training for Warriors, you can get the support you need to make today your New Year’s Day, and to make goal-oriented resolutions that you can confidently stick to. Working with a coach to help with your training and nutrition programming will inspire and motivate you to stretch your limits to be your best.

Don’t be hard on yourself if your past resolutions haven’t turned out as you hoped.  Slipping up won’t derail your success as long as you get right back on track.  Remember, it’s consistency that will make changes.  Let the coaches and the community at Training for Warriors support and encourage you as you work towards your health and fitness goals.

Be a part of a culture that will help you live a healthy lifestyle and be a part of something bigger than yourself. Click the link below to schedule your FREE consult to our 6-Week Challenge.  This is the first step towards the healthy lifestyle you are looking to achieve!
