Andreas is a multilevel certified Personal Trainer and Fitness Coach with over 15 years of training experience.

Andreas motivational coaching not only gets his clients to a Level of Fitness they never thought possible but also builds their confidence and self-esteem in and out of the gym. He has helped people with all different goals from weight loss, strength and conditioning, to movement and Mobility.

His training methods incorporate exceptional attention to form and detail assuring a safe effective experience every session.

Debra Rydziel – Precision Nutrition certified, AFFA, TFW – L1, TFW – L2

Debra started her fitness career as a client of personal training. She was also a student of dance for many years. Debra developed a passion for fitness which led her to earn her Training For Warriors Certification. Knowing what it’s like to be de-conditioned, Debra is able to relate to clients on many levels. Identifying changes in behavior and working with the Training For Warriors system along with proper nutrition, a balanced fitness lifestyle will become a part of everyday life. Debra is a Coach that will inspire and motivate every student to find the Warrior Within to be Strong in Body, Mind and Spirit.

Brian Ciscowski NTPI, NSCA, AFAA, NEKA, TFW – L1, TFW – L2

Brian began lifting weights in 2004, while he was about to begin embarking on a journey into the world of professional wrestling. While training himself to look the part inside the wrestling ring, he began to enjoy the various challenges that weight lifting and training in general brought to him.

He began to appreciate and enjoy each accomplishment he reached, challenge set in front of him, or personal record he set for himself. It is that feeling of accomplishment that he desires to now pass down to each and every person he can. In 2014 after encouragement, and help from Andreas Washeim, Brian completed his Training for Warriors certification to begin helping others live the warrior lifestyle!

Brian believes that everyone CAN, and SHOULD feel great, and his intention is to bring his unique level of intensity, and enthusiasm into his training sessions.

Joe is Energetic and progressive-minded person with an outstanding attitude and a genuine passion for exercise and fitness. He has a proven record for success in motivating others. His experience reflects a commitment to educating members and changing lives through innovation and high quality fitness and wellness programs. Joe is a proactive leader with a receptive personality, who is positive, has creative energy and entrepreneurial focus. He is able to provide an individualized fitness training experience on all levels for clients. He has a broad based knowledge of cardiovascular fitness, strength training, and yoga and overall nutrition. Joe’s Mentors are Gary Grey, Martin Rooney, Todd Durkin, Wendy Hagen and Laura Jenson.

He attends 3-day seminars annually with these fitness experts and many others.

Joe is the proud father of two daughters Jo Anna and Sara Beth. He is a world traveler who has ridden his bicycle thru the Prynne’s mountains, Tuscany Italy and California wine country. He does power walking, Hiking and Cross country skiing in Austria with his wonderful wife Eva and family.

Eva is Joe’s best friend and exercise companion. They love active vacations. They recently went to Rancho La Puerta a Fitness Ranch in Mexico during Thanksgiving 2014.

When Joe is not training he loves to laugh and share all of his knowledge, wisdom and life experiences.

Joe is dedicated, loyal, honest, and very committed. He loves to help others achieve their lifelong goals.
