"In September 2016 I was looking to take my fitness to a new level. I had found a Facebook Ad for Training for Warriors and decided to give them a call. After my initial meeting with Andreas I knew that TFW Familia would be a good fit. I began working out 3 times a week with Debra and Andreas. I was feeling stronger, but I was trying to “out-train” a bad diet which we all know you can’t do. I was starting to feel like giving up when Deb approached me about trying a new program they were offering “Pro-Coach Nutrition.” 

In January I started the program and it has really changed my whole entire outlook on this process. The program works on small habit changes working towards a well-rounded healthy lifestyle. I’ve upped my workouts to 4 times a week with Deb and Andreas- and I have even added in running again. Since I began working with Debra and Andreas I have lost 6% of my body fat and gained muscle. I feel stronger than I ever have and look forward to coming to class. It is really a family atmosphere at TFW, and I have made friends that I know will last a lifetime. "

"I cannot express enough the happiness I feel to have found and be a part of this wonderful Group! September 2016 - "I had to make a change"! After a few friendly, caring visits, calls, nudges from Deb Rydziel it was time. After so many years of knowing I need to loose weight, exercise and eat better this is what was needed for me to make the decision.

So, off I go and sign up for the 8 week Challenge! Great group of the nicest, friendliest people you could want to be around. Which, thank god for that because I needed to feel comfortable as on my own I felt (or so I thought at that time) so unbelievably out of my league. 

Me in a gym, honestly I didn't know the difference from a barbell and a dumbbell! But slowly with constant direction, smiles, information I know my way around. I know what I'm doing and why. I feel great with a weight loss of 20+lbs."

My biggest excuse over the past decade was that I didn’t have enough time to go to the gym. Two kids, full time sales job, soccer coach etc…I can tell you this straight from the heart, that a few hours a week training with Andreas and his team & having them educate me on proper nutrition I have lost over 30lbs, my strength is almost back to college years and I am down to married weight. Next mission is to get my weight down to pre-married weight. Literally for 3 hours a week I can’t find a simpler way to build muscle, strengthen my core and burn fat. I can run around with the kids at soccer practice, I can climb a set of stairs w/out breathing heavily. It’s simply amazing to me how much I have accomplished. Without Andreas and his team working around my nutty schedule, or getting me fired up to compete and work out I believe I would be heading right into a heart attack. TFWConnecticut is awesome and I would highly recommend Andreas and his team. If you give it a chance I am positive you will get results, make friends and have fun doing it. Thank You TFW CT!!!
